Non-IT & Tech Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various non-IT and tech roles in sectors such as engineering, construction, and project management.
EPC Project Hiring: Leverage expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects to understand specific hiring needs and recruit candidates with the necessary skills.
Gulf Recruitment Experience: Familiarity with hiring practices in the Gulf region, including knowledge of visa, labor laws, and cultural aspects related to recruitment.
Job Portal Expertise: Proficient in using online recruitment platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates. Experience in leveraging LinkedIn for headhunting and passive recruitment is a plus.
