JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for BIM Manager
⮚ Position: Manager
⮚ Qualification: B.Arch /BTECH in Mechanical, Electrical/BTech in Civil
⮚ Experience: 8 to 10 yrs
⮚ Number of Positions: 1
⮚ Communication: High level of communication and good writing skills in English.
⮚ Software Skill:
✔ REVIT® (including Dynamo)
✔ Naviswork Manage – Clash detection
✔ Synchro -4D & 5D
✔ Twin motion
✔ Primavera (P6)
✔ AutoCAD
✔ Design Review – BIM360 collaboration with other Disciplines.
✔ Coordination with multidiscipline
✔ Good skills in Presentation software- MSP, Power Point, MS word/excel.
⮚ Key Roles & Responsibility:
✔ Report to BIM-HOD
✔ BIM Manager with any type of International Project.
✔ Independent decision maker and technically sound for US, UK & Asia-specific projects.
✔ Knowledge about AIA standards, ASTM standrads.
✔ Expertise in making Simulation-4D/5D
✔ Capable of coordination with multiple disciplines (through Navis Work).
✔ Capable in Clash-Detection/Collaborating with the Design team/ Client
✔ Assist in Estimation
✔ BEP creation and execution in Master.
✔ COBIE & Asset information & implementation.
✔ Knowledge of Data drops/iPAD Integration/ AM data exchange (BIM ISO19650 standard)
✔ Team managing Capability.
✔ Managing BIM Construction Process – throughout Schematic/ DD stage to As-Built Stage
✔ Actively solve the problems
✔ Capable to meet timelines and work under pressure
✔ Open to take new challenges
✔ Loyal toward employer
✔ Responsible & having a positive approach to nature
✔ Good interpersonal relations
