JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for BIM Coordinator- Senior Architect
⮚ Position: Project Lead/Team Lead
⮚ Qualification: B.Arch
⮚ Experience: 7 to 8 yrs
⮚ Number of Positions: 1
⮚ Communication: High level of communication and good writing skills in English.
⮚ Software Skill:
✔ REVIT® Architecture (including Dynamo)
✔ AutoCAD – for drawing, linkage, and cleanup.
✔ Design Review – BIM360 collaboration with other Disciplines.
✔ Coordination with Navis work Manage (including knowledge in 4D & 5D)
✔ Good skills in Presentation software
⮚ Roles & Responsibility:
✔ Assist BIM Manager with any type of Architectural Project.
✔ Independent decision maker and technically sound for US, UK & Asia-specific projects.
✔ Knowledge about AIA standards.
✔ Expertise in making Simulation-4D/5D
✔ Capable of coordination with multiple disciplines (through Navis Work).
✔ Capable in Clash-Detection/Collaborating with the Design team/ Client
✔ Assist in Estimation
✔ Team managing Capability.
✔ Managing BIM Construction Process – throughout Schematic/ DD stage to As-Built Stage
✔ Knowledge of iPAD Integration/ AM data exchange
✔ Actively solve the problems
✔ Capable to meet timelines and work under pressure
✔ Open to take new challenges
✔ Loyal toward employer
✔ Responsible & having a positive approach to nature
✔ Good interpersonal relations
