# Job Title: BIM Modeller – Electrical (3+ Years Experience)
## Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **BIM Modeller – Electrical** with **3+ years of experience** in developing and coordinating electrical BIM models for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, along with a strong understanding of electrical systems, BIM standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain accurate 3D electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
* Model electrical systems including lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, fire alarm, ELV, and electrical equipment.
* Prepare shop drawings, installation drawings, and construction documentation.
* Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
* Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts.
* Generate schedules, quantity take-offs (BOQ), and reports from BIM models.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client standards.
* Support project teams throughout design, construction, and as-built documentation phases.

### Qualifications
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
* 3+ years of experience as a BIM Electrical Modeller.
### Preferred Experience
* Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, data center, or industrial projects.
* Knowledge of international BIM standards and coordination workflows.
* Ability to work independently and deliver projects within deadlines.
