Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead the organization’s Human Resources function while overseeing routine administrative activities. The role primarily focuses on HR operations, compliance, and people management, with responsibility for ensuring smooth coordination of administrative matters to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate and oversee administrative activities such as facilities, vendors, office infrastructure, and employee records.
• Support management with manpower planning, HR budgeting, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 6 years in a managerial role; exposure to administrative coordination is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HR systems and software.
• Leadership: Ability to manage teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
