Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Travel Booking Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and handle all travel-related arrangements for the company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience in travel booking and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.
• Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with various departments for administrative support.
• Handle office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official communication.
Travel Booking & Coordination:
• Handle domestic and international travel arrangements for employees (flight tickets, hotel booking, transportation, visa process, etc.).
• Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for best pricing and timely bookings.
• Prepare travel itineraries and share travel details with employees.
• Maintain travel records, approvals, and cost sheets.
• Support employees with travel-related issues or changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration or travel coordination (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ticket booking platforms and travel procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
