Job Description
• Managing the administrative side of human resources
• Handling tasks like maintaining employee records
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding,
• Supporting payroll and benefits,
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and use Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage daily operations, contributing to smooth HR department functioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Record Management:
Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and manage HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and policy updates.
• Recruitment Support:
Help with candidate screening, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and coordinate the logistics for new hires.
• Onboarding & Offboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling orientations and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Employee Support:
Answer employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
• Compliance & Policy:
Ensure that the organization stays compliant with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Data & Reporting:
Enter and manage employee data in the HRIS, and assist in generating reports on HR metrics like turnover and performance.
• Payroll & Benefits Support:
Assist in the payroll process by providing accurate employee information, such as leave and attendance data, and help with benefits enrollment.
• Communication:
Communicate changes to company policies to employees and help foster a positive work environment.
