who can operate from their office but for RIL through L&T's (PO)-on secondment basis
Looking for professionals who manage the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects, providing cost estimation, contract management, and commercial advice to clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Cost Management:
Performing cost planning and estimate the costs of construction projects.
• Contract Administration:
Managing bidding documents, negotiate contracts, and handle variations and claims that arise during the project.
• Financial Reporting:
Preparing reports, keep detailed financial records, and ensure projects stay within the allocated budget.
• Risk Mitigation:
Providing expert advice on contractual, commercial, and financial matters to prevent and resolve disputes.
• Collaboration:
Working closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to coordinate efforts and ensure project success.
