SAFETY OFFICER
Location: Mangalore, Karnataka Project Duraon: Immediate – December 2027 (Approx. 21 Months) Experience Required: 8–10 Years (Industrial / Chemical / EPC Project Site Experience) Role Overview The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance at the project site. The role involves implementing safety policies, monitoring site activities, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and client safety requirements. Key Responsibilities • Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations at the project site. • Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. • Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting operations, working at height, confined space entry, hot work, and excavation. • Facilitate toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety training programs for workers and staff. • Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective actions. • Maintain safety documentation, permits, reports, and audit records. • Ensure compliance with BASF safety standards and statutory regulations. • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure safe work execution. Qualifications • Degree/Diploma in Engineering with Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety. • Strong knowledge of HSE standards, safety audits, and risk assessments. • Experience in chemical plant / industrial construction projects preferred.
Structural Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES • Producing technical drawings in support of engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction activities • Software: AutoCAD, PDMS, PDMS DRAFT, E3D2, NAVISWORKS • Develop 3D PDMS model and produce deliverables of concept / FEED / design / fabrication / installation in accordance with contract requirements • Produce / Extract 2D Drawings with adequate dimensions necessary to assist the Engineering disciplines and Fabrication / Construction personnel • Perform discipline interface checks, identify conflicts, and take corrective action in coordination with other engineering discipline inputs • Prepare material take-off (MTO), review vendor drawings, ensuring vendor specifications are in full compliance with contract requirements • Provide clarification and technical support during the construction phase of the project REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor of Technology/Diploma – Civil/Structures • 5-10 years of relevant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry with specific experience in Detail Engineering of Structural Design for Offshore Oil and Gas facilities – Wellhead platforms, Fixed Process Platforms, FPSO topsides modules & Turret Mooring systems • Exposure to EPC environments • Knowledge in detailed Engineering projects is mandatory
Pipe Support Designer
• Proficient in executing work using intelligent 3D CAD systems like PDMS, E3D & MDS. Experienced in using AutoCAD. • Experienced in preliminary design of Pipe Supports prior to stress analysis and updating supports post-analysis. • Familiar with primary support functions for non-critical lines, spring supports, and branch reinforcement requirements. • Modeling of Equipment Clips and generation of Clip Drawings • Extraction and preparation of pipe support locations and trim steel location layouts. • Extraction and annotation of Pipe Support Detail drawings using E3D draft. • Knowledgeable in selecting appropriate secondary support profiles. • Practical understanding of how supports are fabricated and installed. • Review of Vendor drawings and implementation in design. • Perform Clash checks, Data Consistency checks prior to issuance of AFC deliverables. • Co-ordinate with Inter-disciplines in timely manner to avoid rework for finalizing the Piping design/support. • Plan and deliver assigned tasks accurately within the agreed time frame. • Prioritize activities and effectively manage conflicting deadlines ensuring continued progress to meet the schedule. Piping Designer

Structural Engineer
Job Description: As Structural Engineer, you are responsible for the engineering design ensuring your design is in compliance with international codes, Company specifications, and industry standards and regulations. You must be able to properly translate your engineering design into drawings, data sheets, and other documents and also prioritize assigned activities and collaborate with the Discipline Lead, multiple internal disciplines, and external parties to deliver a safe, efficient design that can be manufactured meeting project requirements.
